This is not a boot camp but hands on Real Estate Investing. We will cover some basic concepts in class Finding properties, negotiating the deal, inspecting the home, writing/presenting the offer then selling the property. This is held in a working real estate investing office so you will see 1st hand how we do it. Live all during this weekend event, we will go into the field and visit a rehab in progress. We will also call some sellers, negotiate deals evaluate them and make offers.

If you get an offer accepted and can not close on it, you will still have an opportunity to make money selling that lead. This is truly a money making event.
